Transform a few handfuls of ocean blue wool roving into a couple of magical Narwhals with interchangeable horns. There are enough materials in this needle felting kit to make a pair of Narwhal whales.
Finished size (approximately) = 3" x 4".
This easy project will take at least 2 hours to complete and is perfect for those new to needle felting.
